The Garden Club of DeLand building can accommodate 115 people and offers seating at tables for 100. Your guests can stroll our beautifully maintained gardens and enjoy your event. It is a lovely central DeLand location that is easy to locate and affords private parking for guests.
The main room opens to a screened in patio and is surrounded by garden areas and a lovely gazebo. The back patio includes 4 wrought iron tables and 20 iron armchairs. The formal space is perfect for off-site business meetings, showers, weddings, receptions, or other approved events. This building includes a kitchen with a standard stove, refrigerator, microwave, ample counter space and two separate large bathroom facilities. No restrictions on vendors of choice for your event Rental agreement includes all areas and will be covered at time of property tour and/or written agreement completed with agent.
We also offer the Bride and Groom the opportunity to purchase an engraved brick to be placed on the Bride's walkway to mark the occasion. Ask the Rental agent for more details
